It’s that time of the year again! I think many of us are looking forward to the kids heading back to class, but one thing that I never look forward to is packing the daily lunches!
Amy’s soups have saved the day many times, even on weekends. The lentil one is delicious! I have these for lunch at home at least once a week too! The other one I like for me is their carrot soup.
I usually have leftover chicken I save from earlier in the week. I have also substituted for refried beans and cheese instead and the kids like that too!
I always make extra boiled eggs on my lunch break on Wednesdays, ready to go for Thursday morning and keep them in the fridge for quick snacks.
This is probably the kids fave. Super simple and you can choose to add some pepperoni to add some flavor.
